Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of OmniRogue's Services. It applies in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you agree to abide by this AUP. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

1. Prohibited Content & Activity

You agree not to use the Services to create, upload, distribute, facilitate, or promote any of the following:

• Illegal content or unlawful activity in any jurisdiction.
• Spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk messaging.
• Fraud, scams, deceptive schemes, or impersonation.
• Malware, credential theft, hacking, unauthorized access, or cyber abuse.
• Non-consensual deepfakes, impersonation, or deceptive synthetic media.
• Nudity, adult content, pornography, or sexually explicit content.
• Any content involving sexual exploitation or abuse, including any material involving minors.
• Political persuasion, targeted political campaigning, or deceptive political content.
• Medical, legal, financial, or other regulated professional advice without appropriate human review and required professional authorization.
• High-risk decision-making in regulated areas (employment, credit, housing, insurance, criminal justice, education admissions, healthcare eligibility, etc.).
• Content that infringes intellectual property rights or violates privacy rights.
• Content intended to harass, threaten, exploit, or harm others.
• Attempts to bypass safety systems, rate limits, usage limits, or access controls.
• Automated scraping, botting, abusive usage, or activity that degrades platform performance.
• Generation or distribution of weapons, explosives, or other dangerous-goods instructions.
• Content that violates the policies of the platforms on which it is published (including Meta/Facebook, Google, TikTok, etc.).

2. Platform Safeguards

OmniRogue uses automated moderation tools, safety filters, and monitoring mechanisms to prevent the generation of prohibited content. You acknowledge and agree that your prompts, inputs, and generated outputs may be automatically reviewed by these safety systems.

3. Fair Use, Rate Limits

To protect reliability, security, and fair access to the Services, OmniRogue may implement rate limits, throttling, storage controls, abuse detection, credit limits, usage caps, model restrictions, or other safeguards. "Unlimited" or high-usage features, if offered, are subject to reasonable fair use and abuse-prevention controls.

4. Reporting Abuse

If you become aware of content or behavior on OmniRogue that violates this AUP, please report it to support@omnirogue.com with as much detail as possible.

5. Enforcement

We may, at our sole discretion, remove violating content, suspend or terminate accounts, refuse service, report violations to law enforcement, or take any other action we deem appropriate. Repeated attempts to bypass, reverse-engineer, or "jailbreak" our safety filters or those of our third-party AI providers will result in immediate termination without a refund.

6. Updates

We may update this AUP from time to time. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
