Data Deletion Requests
You may request deletion of your personal information by contacting us at support@omnirogue.com.
To help us locate your account, please include the following in your request:
- Your full name
- Account email address
- Purchase email address, if different from your account email
- Any relevant order numbers, receipt information, or billing descriptors
- A short statement that you are requesting deletion of your personal information
We will review and process data deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal, billing, tax, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution, or compliance obligations that may require us to retain certain limited records.
What deletion means
When we delete your account, we remove or anonymize personal information associated with your account in our active systems. Some limited records — for example, financial transactions, tax records, fraud-prevention data, and security logs — may be retained for the period required by applicable law or our standard retention schedules.
How long does it take?
We typically acknowledge data deletion requests within 1–3 business days and complete processing within 30 days, unless additional information is required or legal exceptions apply. We will let you know if we need more time.
Identity verification
To protect your account, we may ask you to confirm details about your account before we delete data, especially if the request comes from an email address that is not associated with your account.
