What deletion means

When we delete your account, we remove or anonymize personal information associated with your account in our active systems. Some limited records — for example, financial transactions, tax records, fraud-prevention data, and security logs — may be retained for the period required by applicable law or our standard retention schedules.

How long does it take?

We typically acknowledge data deletion requests within 1–3 business days and complete processing within 30 days, unless additional information is required or legal exceptions apply. We will let you know if we need more time.

Identity verification

To protect your account, we may ask you to confirm details about your account before we delete data, especially if the request comes from an email address that is not associated with your account.
